We at PeakFlow Pumps have been in the sump pump business since 1974. Our products are born from the idea that basements should never flood again. The flagship Model 5600 ePump was an idea spawned in 1996 when many of Chicago's suburbs experienced up to 17 inches of rain and thousands of basement were destroyed. After 10 years of research and development, the 5600's dual pumps, self-testing, and phone and email capabilities are the subject of 18 patents pending.

PeakFlow Pumps is owned by Jeff Sloss. After grad school he embarked on a short 4 year corporate career in the municipal bond business. In 1996, Jeff purchased the family owned Chicago-based sump pump service business he had grown up with from his father and has been an industry innovator ever since. His goal is to provide a battery sump pump product that cannot fail. The PeakFlow 5600's advance notification of any potential problem ensures it.

Jeff and his family reside in suburban Chicago. They are active in their community, schools, and church (Fox Valley Christian Church www.fvcc.com).
